Returns are accepted. In order to provide customer service to the highest standarts we accept returns within 14 days after delivery date under conditions as follows:

• item is in it's original condition
• full refund except initial shipping cost
• return shipping cost is to be covered by the buyer
• parcel must carry return address in order to ensure buyer's personality
• refund will be issued after parcel with returned item is collected
• exchange is subject to availability
• exachange can be made for the same item or items of equal or lesser value
• any additional costs not covered in the exchange are to be settled before shipment
